Once your order has been shipped, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provided during checkout. You can also check on the order status on the My Account page by clicking on the order number in question.
If your order has been shipped via USPS and the tracking information has not been updated, please do not panic. USPS can be slow at times with updates, and typically tracking information is pushed only when your package arrives at a sorting facility or your local post office. Any delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.
Shipping errors do happen something by both UPS and USPS. We are not responsible for these errors or delays, but we will be happy to do our best to assist you. If your order is delayed in transit and USPS or UPS are unable to assist you, please reach out to us.
