We offer a 30-day return policy on most of the items we sell, as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging. Yes, that included any shrink wrap or plastic wrap that the product was wrapped with, sorry.
Some limitations do apply. For example, we generally do not accept returns for liquids and juices, but you can always get in touch with us and we will see what we can do for you.

Returns caused by delivery issues.
Any returns that are caused by delivery issues are subject to a restocking fee, that ranges from 10% to 15%, depending on the order. The restocking fee final value is decided fully at our discretion and can depend on the size of the order, the items purchased, or any damage received during shipment. Along with the restocking fee, any shipping costs that were paid for at the time of order placement will not be refunded.
